BERLIN (Reuters) - Bayern Munich playmaker Bastian Schweinsteiger could be fit for Friday's Super Cup showdown with Chelsea in Prague after an injury he picked up on Tuesday was less serious than initially feared, the treble winners said.

The Germany international, who had foot surgery in the close season and raced to be fit in time for the Bundesliga start, limped off with a strained right ankle in the 78th minute at Freiburg after going down unchallenged.
