(Reuters) - English Premier League newboys Cardiff City have broken their transfer record for a third time in a matter of weeks by striking a deal with Sevilla for Chile midfielder Gary Medel.
Cardiff said the 26-year-old had agreed a four-year deal, subject to obtaining a work permit, but did not say how much they paid for their record signing.
