LONDON (Reuters) - Manchester United have rejected a second offer from rivals Chelsea for unsettled forward Wayne Rooney, the Premier League champions said on Monday.

The Europa League winners tabled an improved bid for Rooney, having had an initial cash offer rebuffed last month.
