Butler insists he will pay his own way to be with team

KUALA TERENGGANU: T-Team head coach Peter Butler returns from his 30-day “enforced leave” in time for his squad’s Super League match against Lions XII but will not be with the team on the plane to Singapore.

The Englishman has been told by the management that they will not pay for his flight and hotel in Singapore, but the defiant 47-year-old insists he should be on the sidelines guiding his team today.
