Pandelela-Dhabitah face fight of their lives to secure Olympics ticket at world meet

Time to give their best: Pandelela Rinong is determined to make her partnership with Nur Dhabitah Sabri work and ensure Malaysia continue to have representation in the Olympics.

PETALING JAYA: The women’s 10m platform synchro event is considered a ‘’fixed deposit’’ event for Malaysia in the last few editions of the World Aquatics Championships but it’s no longer the case in Doha next month.

Seniors Pandelela Rinong and Nur Dhabitah Sabri have been given the nod to shoulder the challenge to continue Malaysia’s good tradition of having representation in the Paris Olympics in the event but they are in for the fight of their lives in the upcoming world meet from Feb 2-18.
