Early flight for big fight

PETALING JAYA: Better early than sorry – that’s the approach Malaysian track cyclist Nurul Izzah Izzati Mohd Asri is taking as she heads to Santiago, Chile, eight days before the World Championships.

The 22-year-old Izzah leaves tomorrow, aiming to acclimatise to the conditions and adjust to the time difference before taking to Velodromo Penalolen track for the first time from Oct 22-26.
