PETALING JAYA: Nurul Izzah Izzati Mohd Asri can pat herself on the back for reaching the semi-finals in women’s keirin at the World Track Cycling Championships in Ballerup, Denmark, yesterday.

Riding in her second world meet, the 20-year-old, however, failed to make it into the final after finishing fifth in the semi-final second heat with a time of 11.572s.
