BUTTERWORTH: JCL Team Ukyo’s Matteo Malucelli took the win at Stage 2 of Le Tour de Langkawi (LTdL) here yesterday, not after a slight confusion at the finish line.

After riding 154.4km from Arau to Butterworth, the 30-year-old Malucelli from Italy took the win at the chequered flag, moving him to second place from ninth in the overall classification behind Stage 1 winner Gleb Syritsa of Astana Qazaqstan Team, who still holds the overall lead.
