On a mission: Nurul Izzah Izzati Mohd Asri’s immediate hope in Hong Kong is to break her 200m flying lap national record.

PETALING JAYA: There is a glimmer of hope for cyclist Nurul Izzah Izzati Mohd Asri to make it to the Olympic Games sooner than expected, provided she can seize her chances in the second leg of the UCI Track Nations Cup in Hong Kong from March 15-17.

The newly crowned double Asian champion will join Azizulhasni Awang and Mohd Shah Firdaus Sahrom for the Hong Kong assignment.
