PETALING JAYA: It’s now the time for track cyclist Mohd Shah Firdaus Sahrom to step up and make Malaysia proud at the Asian Championships in New Delhi, India.

The 28-year-old stormed into the men’s elite sprint semi-finals after beating China’s Liu Kuan in two heats at the Indira Gandhi Velodrome yesterday.
