PETALING JAYA: From being told that he could not make it in the sport because of his physique to now standing tall as a proud two-time Olympics medal winner – that’s Malaysia’s cycling hero Azizulhasni Awang.

The gold has eluded Azizul again, still it was a proud moment as he achieved his best result in his fourth Olympics stint by winning a hard-earned silver for Malaysia in the men’s keirin final at Izu Velodrome yesterday.
