Malaysia's Olympics-bound track cycling duo make podium at Australian championship

PETALING JAYA: Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican has congratulated Tokyo Olympics-bound track cyclists Azizulhasni Awang and Mohd Shah Firdaus Sahrom for flying the flag high for Malaysia after the duo made the podium in the Australia National Cycling Championship in Brisbane.

Azizul won the men's elite keirin final at the Anna Meares Velodrome earlier on Sunday (Dec 20) ahead of reigning Commonwealth Games champion Matthew Glaetzer of Australia.
