The 31-year-old Terengganu Cycling Team (TSG) rider was simply overjoyed at the chance of getting back on the saddle when outdoor cycling and bike riding were among the activities allowed under the conditional movement control order introduced last week to contain the Covid-19 pandemic in the country.
