PETALING JAYA: Don’t discount cyclist Azizulhasni Awang from making a surprise run when it comes to the sprint event at the Tokyo Olympics.
The 32-year-old will head to the Games as the Asian record holder in the sprint after riding to a sensational 9.548 seconds to finish fifth fastest in qualifying on Saturday at the Track Cycling World Championships in Berlin, Germany.
