NILAI: Taiwanese rider Kang Shih-feng denied Azizulhasni Awang the double in the South East Asia Track Championships but the Malaysian ace remained in an upbeat mood.Azizul won the sprint event on Thursday and was on course to add his pet event – the keirin – to his collection yesterday before Shih-feng spoiled his party.
The 31-year-old former world champion cyclist qualified in style for the final by winning the respective first round and semi-final heats.
