PETALING JAYA: Police are asking the public to observe road closure and traffic diversion signs across the country to facilitate the Le Tour de Langkawi (LTdL) cycling championship which begins on April 6-13.In Saturday’s first stage from the KLCC Petronas Twin Towers to Tampin Square, Tampin, Negri Sembilan (176.9 km), the closure in stages involves areas around Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Negri Sembilan from 6.30am to 7pm.
The second stage of the race from Senawang, Negri Sembilan, to Dataran Pahlawan, Melaka (200.6km) on Sunday involves scheduled road closures from 6.30am to 7.30pm.
