Fadhil lays claim to 1km time trial berth

KUALA LUMPUR: Muhd Fadhil Mohd Zonis (pic) has staked a strong claim to be the nation’s best bet for gold in the men’s 1km time trial at the Asian Cycling Championships in Nilai, Negri Sembilan from Feb 16-20 next year.

Fadhil did that by bagging gold for Malaysia in the event at the Track Asia Cup leg in New Delhi, India, yesterday.
