PETALING JAYA: Cyclist Muhd Shah Firdaus Sahrom was all smiles despite failing to reach the men’s keirin final at the UCI Track World Cup’s opening leg in Scotland.
The 20-year-old Malaysian was placed eighth at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome in Glasgow on Saturday. It was Shah Firdaus’ best-ever result in his five World Cup starts.
