Double golden celebration for Shah Firdaus and Anis in Bangkok


Mohd Shah Firdaus Sahrom combined with Mohd Khairil Nizam Rasol and Mohd Shariz Effendi Mohd Shahrin to claim the team sprint gold medal for Malaysia at the ACC Track Asia Cup in Bangkok, Thailand.

PETALING JAYA: Budding cyclists Mohd Shah Firdaus Sahrom and Anis Amira Rosdi grabbed the limelight for Malaysia with double victories in the ACC Track Asia Cup in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 20-year-old Shah Firdaus beat Mohd Khairil Nizam Rasol in an all-Malaysian final for the men’s elite sprint gold medal at the Hua Mak Velodrome on Sunday.
