PETALING JAYA: A stop-work order has been issued after part of the roof structure at the National Velodrome in Nilai collapsed during a storm last Saturday.

This has left the Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF) anxiously hoping that there would not be any further delays in view of the 2017 Kuala Lumpur SEA Games.
