PARIS (AFP): Marcel Kittel being forced out of the Tour de France due to lack of fitness will have had several sprinters and their teams quietly grinning with delight.
The last two years, Kittel has been in a class of his own at the Grand Boucle, winning four stages in each, including both the first and last on each occasion.
