LTdL: South Korean champion Seo grabs solo win in Kuantan

KUANTAN: South Korean champion Seo Joon-yeong emerged victorious in the 200km Stage Five of Le Tour de Langkawi (LtdL) from Kuala Terengganu to Kuantan in solo style on Thursday.

It was three years ago Joon-yeong finished second in Kuantan behind Italian Marco Canola but on Thursday, the KSPO rider made amends with by attacking the eight-man breakaway group inside the final 10km banner to claim victory in 4’18:47.
