SERDANG: The forum organised by the Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF) to improve road cycling almost turned into a farce as the president and key figures such as the coach and managers involved in the Myanmar SEA Games were absent.
In the forum held at the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) on Saturday, only several MNCF executive committee members were present to receive input to improve the road cycling programme that has come under fire after the failure to win a gold in Myanmar last December.
