Winifred hopes to erase painful memories of 2023 at Thai SEA Games


PETALING JAYA: The painful memories of the Phnom Penh SEA Games two years ago still haunt national women’s cricket captain Winifred Duraisingam, who is determined to bounce back when the biennial Games take place in Bangkok later this year.

Winifred, who will be making her appearance at the Games, admitted that she and her teammates are fired up to improve on their previous performance after managing to bring home only three bronze medals despite being among the favourites.
