(Reuters) - Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez has tested negative for COVID-19 a day after the country's cricket board said he was among seven more players who contracted the disease ahead of their England tour, the player said on Wednesday.
The Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed on Tuesday that a total of 10 players, including Hafeez, had tested positive but the 39-year-old said in a tweet https://twitter.com/MHafeez22/status/1275689746765840395 that a subsequent examination at a private laboratory in Lahore had cleared him.
