JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South Africa's Temba Bavuma was left stranded on 95 not out as they tightened their grip on a first home series win over a scandal-hit Australia in almost 50 years at tea on the second day of the fourth and final test at the Wanderers on Saturday.

The hosts posted a commanding 488 all out in their first innings as middle-order batsman Bavuma was denied his second test century when he ran out of partners.
