MELBOURNE (Reuters) - Australia fast bowler Peter Siddle faces a "significant" stint on the sidelines after being diagnosed with a stress fracture in his back, the country's cricket board said on Thursday.
The 31-year-old played in the first test against New Zealand in Wellington but was ruled out of the second match in Christchurch due to back problems.
