THE Malaysian Athletics Federation (MAF) will draft a special programme with the aim of ensuring more athletes qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics on merit.
MAF deputy president Datuk Mumtaz Jaafar said under the programme, the federation would send more athletes for meets overseas, especially in Europe.
