THE Belgian team of Thomas Pieters and Thomas Detry, who won the World Cup last November, are in the field of the Maybank Championship, scheduled for Saujana Golf & Country Club in Shah Alam, Selangor, from March 21 to 24 – but without the trophy.
The confirmation of their entry is good news for the US$3mil (RM12.3mil) tournament that is co-sanctioned by the European and Asian Tours.
