Aid for much respected veteran hockey coach

Jayanandhan (red jersey) handing the RM10,000 to Rajendran at his Island Glades home.

THE Penang State Hockey Association (PSHA) may not have the allocation to help veteran coach Rajendran Balagurusamy in his fight against cancer but there is no stopping its members from digging deep into their own pockets.

They passed the hat around and managed to raise RM10,000 as a gesture of appreciation towards Rajendran who has contributed much to the sport.
