Mesa going all out to promote skateboarding


THE Malaysia Extreme Sports Association (Mesa) is eager to step up its efforts to promote and encourage youth participation in extreme sports, especially in skateboarding.

Mesa president Tan Sri Darshan Singh Gill said the association, which is tasked to encourage the development of extreme sports, is now even more committed to do so with skateboarding being one of the sports contested in the upcoming Asian Games in Jakarta Palembang, Indonesia, and the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
