SELANGOR’S SJK(T) Kajang emerged the best overall team as they clinched the second Sri Murugan Centre Cup after a nail-biting tie-breaker in the Grand Final stage against SJKT Bukit Mertajam, Penang at the Kuala Lumpur Badminton Stadium in Cheras.

Head coach K.Nedunchelian was ecstatic when the boys doubles pair of S. Thavenesh, 12 and A. Pravin, 11, won the final match 18-21, 21-11, 21-17 against their opponents K. Deevesh and A. Haswin Raj, both 12.
