AFTER approximately a month of keen competition, thrilling battles, tears of disappointment, moments of ecstasy and golden achievements, the curtains have come down on the SEA Games and Asean Para Games with closing ceremonies that the International Olympic Council would have been proud of.

After a glittering opening ceremony, athletes got down to the serious business of achieving their set targets and personal bests.
