No Summer joy for bowlers in Fukuoka

PETALING JAYA: The national junior bowlers had a disappointing day at the Fukuoka Summer Cup as none of the three representatives survived the first elimination round in the step-ladder finals.

Anis Hannani Romzi went down 170-217 to homester Masaharu Aikou while Izz Naqiuddin Putera Islahuddin lost 237-297 to Maika Sunagawa in the first round.
