PETALING JAYA: National bowler Rafiq Ismail was on a hot roll to close Malaysia’s campaign on a perfect note with his fourth gold medal in the Asian Championships after winning the men’s Masters event.
Stellar feat: Rafiq Ismail ended a seven-year wait for the Masters gold at the Asian Championships in Hong Kong.
Rafiq qualified for the three-man stepladder finals in second spot with a total of 4,907 pins after bowling in two blocks of eight games.
