Lung infection won’t stop Syaidatul from Asian meet


KUALA LUMPUR: National woman bowler Syaidatul Afifah Badrul Hamidi (pic) is recovering from pneumonia but her thoughts are still on the lanes, especially on the Asian Championships in Hong Kong next January.

The 29-year-old from Perak said the national coaching team will be holding monthly roll-offs to rate the bowlers in the absence of international competitions this year.
