PETALING JAYA: Rafiq Ismail has received a timely boost for his double assault at the Asian Championships in Kuwait and the Philippines SEA Games.
The 22-year-old bowler was named the Federal Territories Sportsman of the Year for 2017-2018 in a ceremony in Putrajaya on Friday.
