SUBANG JAYA: Best of pals Rafiq Ismail and Timmy Tan do not always get to compete together as doubles pair in bowling meets.
But when they do, they become the “Dynamic Duo” and the duo lived up to the moniker to retain the men’s doubles gold medal for the Federal Territory in the Inter-state Championships at the Sunway Megalanes on Tuesday.
