PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s woman bowler Syaidatul Afifah Badrul Hamidi missed out on a shot at the ¥10mil (RM310,000) winner’s purse by a mere 10 pins in the inaugural Bowling World Open in Tokyo, Japan.
The 24-year-old Perak bowler could only manage a 198 in the final game to end up with an eight-game total of 1,784 and fifth place among the 33-bowler field.
