MTBC deny damaging property, refuse to pay fines

PETALING JAYA: We won’t pay up!

The Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Congress (MTBC) will not pay the Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) the US$2,700 (RM9,724) in fines supposedly incurred by their bowlers during the Incheon Asian Games last year.
