Bowling: It’s a Singapore double at the Malaysian Open

PETALING JAYA: Singapore’s Kuek Qi En was a runaway boys’ Open winner at the Malaysian Open bowling championships.

The 18-year-old piled up a 2,363 total in 10 games to beat compatriot Darren Ong by 189 pins at the Sunway Megalanes on Tuesday. Muhammad Firdaus Idris of Federal Territory finished third with 2,133 pinfalls.
