PETALING JAYA: Chong Jun Foo delivered Malaysia’s first gold medal in the Asian Youth Bowling Championships in Hong Kong after winning the boys’ singles on Tuesday.

Jun Foo had lines of 194-207-256-237-259-208 for a 1,361 total to win by seven pins over Indonesia’s Billy Mohd Islam. Lee Ik-kyu of South Korea settled for the bronze on 1,322 pins.
