Women cagers find Indonesia Elite too hot to handle

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian women cagers paid a heavy price for being slow to get into their competitive mode in the Singapore Series of the SEA Women Basketball League (SEABWL).

The Harimau Malaysia suffered a narrow 52-58 loss to Indonesia Elite at the Toa Payoh Sports Hall in Singapore on Saturday, a day after getting off to a strong start with a 57-46 win over Lions Singapore.
