PETALING JAYA: After suffering their latest defeat, the Westports Malaysia Dragons face a must-win battle in their next two games against the Mono Vampire at the Maba Stadium in Kuala Lumpur.
The Dragons must beat the Thai side today and again next Wednesday in Bangkok if they are to keep their playoff hopes in the Asean Basketball League (ABL) alive. With the Dragons’ 73-88 loss to the Singapore Slingers on Friday night, the southern neighbours completed their sweep against the Malaysian side with four wins out of four meetings in the regular season.
