Young Dragons eager to start ABL season

PETALING JAYA: A youthful Westports Malaysia Dragons are all fired up to take on Pacquiao Powervit Pilipinas Aguilas of the Philippines in their Asean Basketball League (ABL) opener at the MABA Stadium on Saturday.

Dragons head coach Ariel Vanguardia is confident that his fresh new faces in the team will be fearless against other teams in the league, starting with the Pilipinas Aguilas, who are backed by the Philippines’ boxing hero Manny Pacquiao.
