LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian said on Tuesday her estranged husband Lamar Odom has made "incredible strides" as he recovers from a collapse in a Las Vegas brothel last week, while the former NBA player's aunt called his progress "miraculous."

Breaking her silence, Kardashian also thanked fans and staff at the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas for their support during what she called "an incredibly difficult" week.
