KUALA LUMPUR: Hosts Kuala Lumpur kept alive their hopes of a top-four finish in the men’s Division One of the Agong Cup National Basketball Championships by battling to a 76-68 win over Klang Valley rivals Selangor.
Monday’s win at the Maba Stadium was the second secured by the young and spirited KL team. They were 87-47 winners over Penang in their opening match last Friday, but suffered a 50-57 defeat to Sarawak in their second game.
