PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian shuttlers have an opportunity to redeem themselves in the Australian Open next week after a disappointing showing in the recent Korean Open and ongoing Japan Open.

Malaysia did not have a representative in the semi-finals in both the Korean and Japan tourneys.
