Chen-Toh’s consistency still a cause for concern

PETALING JAYA: Breaking into the top 20 in just six months is a spectacular feat for an untested pair like Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei but the rising Malaysian combination were not in the mood to celebrate their latest achievement.

Tang Jie-Ee Wei moved up four spots to world No. 17 and came into the Indonesian Open with plenty of hope but fell in the first round to Japan’s Hiroki Midorikawa-Natsu Saito 21-17, 15-21, 21-17.
