PETALING JAYA: Mixed doubles pair Hoo Pang Ron-Toh Ee Wei have their maiden title in sight after storming into the semi-finals of the Taiwan Open.

The world No. 94, who only formed a partnership last month, secured a commanding 21-19, 21-12 victory in just 32 minutes over higher-ranked Indian pairing of Ishaan Bhatnagar-Tanisha Crasto (No. 47) in the quarter-finals yesterday.
